On the corner of Hans Jensen's Alley and Bangs Boder there's a small , yellow house with mullioned windows and a red roof. Hans Christian Andersen was born in this handsome old building, on April 2. 1805. The house is now a part of a museum about this world-famous writer.
Peter and Anna, the two children walking along with a sledge, have been out to fetch the Christmas tree and buy a few final presents. They are really looking forward to Christmas Eve, but first the beautiful Christmas tree will have to be decorated and they love to help as they do year after year.
