Facts: This well designed figurines are cut by Sven Vestergaard. He has designed 19 Christmas plates for Royal Copenhagen - he made the first in 1976 and the rest from 1986 to 2004. When the Christmas Train comes to town it has not only the guests from "far away" on board - also all the gifts, send as mail or carried by the passengers, are on board. The little boy and his sister waiting at the Christmas-tree knows that. It's very exiting when the train come to the station - where is aunt Agnate and what's in the large trunk she is carrying? Who knows, (the dog don't), maybe there's a bone or two extra if he do some nice "monkey" tricks.
